This Limited Warranty outlines the warranty coverage for heavy-duty truck replacement parts and accessories purchased directly from izeyu.com. This store and website are operated by ZEYU IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADING CO., LIMITED (referred to herein as "izeyu Auto Parts", "we", "us", or "our").

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from our official website and utilized strictly for their intended applications.


1. Who Is Covered

This Limited Warranty is extended solely to the original retail purchaser who bought the product directly from izeyutruckparts.com.

  • The product must be purchased directly from our official storefront.

  • The product must be used strictly for the intended vehicle application listed on its specific product page.

  • This warranty is strictly non-transferable to any subsequent owners or users.

2. Warranty Period

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific product page, all izeyu parts are covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the original purchase date.

  • Product-Specific Terms: Certain product categories may feature different warranty terms. If a different timeframe is specified on the product page, that product-specific term will supersede the standard 12-month term.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If an item arrives defective or non-functional, you must report it to us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Shipping Damage or Missing Packages: Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Standard Returns (Unused Items): Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our standard Return Policy.

3. What This Warranty Covers

During the active warranty period, this warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

If a product is verified and confirmed by us to have a manufacturing defect, izeyu Auto Parts will provide a remedy (repair, replacement, store credit, or refund) as detailed in Section 7.

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does NOT cover any issues, failures, or damages resulting from:

  • Incorrect part selection, ordering errors, or vehicle fitment mismatch.

  • Improper installation, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modifications, or alterations.

  • Accidents, impact damage, road debris, neglect, or misuse.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic degradation, color fading, or corrosion caused by environmental elements or chemical exposure.

  • Use of the product outside of its intended vehicle application.

Exclusions of Incidental and Consequential Damages:

Important Note: This warranty covers the physical product only. izeyu Auto Parts is not responsible for labor costs, installation or removal expenses, vehicle downtime, towing fees, rental vehicle costs, loss of income, or any secondary damage caused to other vehicle components or property.

5. How to Start a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is experiencing a warrantable issue, you must contact us prior to returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

To initiate a claim, please submit the following to our customer service team via our Contact Us page or by emailing support@izeyu.com:

  1. Your official Order Number and product details.

  2. Clear, high-resolution photos or video footage clearly demonstrating the defect or issue.

  3. Your exact vehicle details (Year, Make, Model) if the issue is related to fitment or compatibility.

Once submitted, please await our claim instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if a return is deemed necessary.

6. RMA and Return Address

Please do not ship products back to us without prior approval. Many warranty claims can be verified and settled through photo or video evidence alone.

If a physical inspection or return is required, we will issue you an RMA number along with the designated return address.

7. Warranty Remedies

Upon confirming a covered manufacturing defect, izeyu Auto Parts reserves the right to choose one of the following remedies at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product.

  • Replace the product with an identical or comparable item.

  • Issue a Store Credit for future purchases.

  • Issue a Refund of the product purchase price (original shipping fees may be excluded unless mandated otherwise by local law).

Any repaired or replaced item will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for 90 days from the date of replacement/repair, whichever duration is longer.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Boundaries

Depending on the timing and nature of the issue, certain situations fall under our standard shipping or return policies rather than this warranty:

  • For items damaged during transit, lost packages, or delivery discrepancies, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

  • For brand-new, unused items that you simply wish to return, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Changes to This Warranty

We reserve the right to modify or update this Limited Warranty at any time. The version of the warranty posted on our website at the precise time of your purchase will govern that specific order.
